UK Orders

  • UK Delivery Rates - UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.95
    This is our standard, recommended option. For this we use Royal Mail First Class postage. Within the UK we find most orders arrive next day but please note that this is not guaranteed. Deliveries can sometimes take up to a week. Deliveries using this method cost £3.95 per order and will be normally be delivered in 1-5 working days. Orders dispatched via this method may also be delivered on a Saturday. Please note that if you want absolute guaranteed next day delivery you can upgrade for £3.00. This method also allows you to track your order.
  • Royal Mail - Tracked 24 Hour Service - £5.99
    If you're ordering a small item (under 2KG) from us and need it quickly, or want to be able to monitor the progress of your order, this is an ideal choice. Your parcel will be delivered within 24 hours - but will only be delivered on working days. Orders placed before 3pm Friday will still be delivered on Monday (or the next working day). This service is not affected by remote UK postcodes.
  • Royal Mail - Tracked 48 Hour Service - £4.49
    If you're ordering a small item (under 2KG) from us and need them reasonably quickly, or want to be able to monitor the progress of your order, this is an ideal choice. Your parcel will be delivered within 48 hours - but will only be delivered on working days. Orders placed before 3pm Friday will still be delivered on Monday (or the next working day). This service is not affected by remote UK postcodes
  • UK Next Working Day Delivery - UK Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95
    Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday can be sent with a Next Day Delivery at an extra cost of £3.00 - this brings the postage charge to £6.95. Items will arrive next WORKING DAY
    For clarification WORKING DAY is Monday to Friday. Bank Holidays and weekends are not included as WORKING DAYS. For example, If you order before 3pm GMT on a Friday your items will arrive the following Monday.This services require a signature on arrival - our couriers will not leave your parcel unattended when delivering it. Each consignment has a tracking number so we always know where your parcel is. Please note that delivery will occur within normal working hours.
  • Free Shipping For Orders Over £40 - Free Shipping (5-8 working days) - £0
    UK orders over £40 are eligible for a free shipping option. This must be selected at the shopping cart stage. This is only available for UK Mainland orders (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann and Isle of Scilly). Please note that the Free Shipping option is not necessarily a next day service. If you need your items on a Next Day Service, please choose this option at the checkout.
  • Large Items
    Large, bulky and awkward orders require additional handling and take more time to process. As a result, all products which have a length of over 1.2m will be subjected to a £9.95 additional shipping surcharge. This is set by our couriers and not ourselves. There will be a notification on the product page and also at checkout if this surcharge applies to products you are ordering. This is valid for both domestic and international shipments. This Surcharge is exempt from any other shipping rules. Even if your order would otherwise qualify for free shipping, the inclusion of a large item or items necessitates an surcharge. Please feel free to contact us about collection if this is feasible for you.

Next Day Delivery to UK Zones C & Zones D

If you require Next Day Delivery to addresses in postcodes in Zone C or Zone D, this will be charged at £23.95. Regular Royal Mail First Class shipping (£6.95) is available on all orders with a combined total weight of 2.5kg or less. Please note that we are unable to offer Free Shipping to addresses in Postcode Zones C &amp D at this time. A full list of exempt postcodes and a map highlighting these areas can be found below.

Channel Islands

For customers wishing to ship items to the Channel Islands, please choose the relevant island option from the drop down country menu at the shopping cart stage (for example, 'Jersey', 'Guernsey' etc). By choosing this option, instead of the United Kingdom, your orders will automatically be exempt from VAT. Please note that the orders to the Channel Islands with a combined total weight of 2kg or less can be shipped with either our Royal Mail International service tariff (see below) or our Courier rates. Orders in excess of 2kg can only be shipped with a courier.

International Delivery

  • Deliveries outside the UK incur an additional charge depending on the weight of the parcel.
  • Small Parcels (up to 2kg) - Starting at £8.39 
  • Smaller orders with combined order weights of 2kg or under can be sent with a Royal Mail International Signed For service. The delivery time for this service can be as little as 3- 5 working days to your country. It is worth noting that Royal Mail will hand this parcel over to your local parcel delivery service when it reaches your chosen country. This can result in delays. Items are leaving the UK on time but we are experiencing significant delays to a number of EU countries as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. Our service to other destinations is operating normally. We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe, however delays should be expected as a result of Covid-19 measures. The number of countries we can access is changing daily.
  • Larger Orders (2kg or over) - Starting at £18.00 
  • For larger orders (those over 2kg) we will offer you an international courier quote. This service will be performed by UPSDPDDHL or ParcelForce, Prices start at around £18. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch.
  • (Please note that in some cases it may be more cost effective to split your order in to smaller orders that weigh less than 2kg).
  • Both the Royal Mail International Service and our Courier Services require a signature when the parcel is delivered. Both options also use tracking numbers so we always know where your parcel is. Please note that items on our website are measured in weight through the highest of these options: either the gross weight of the item or the volumetric weight of the item. The volumetric weight of our items is set by our courier partners. Large, bulky items will be measured by volumetric weight instead of gross weight.
  • A note on Tax / VAT / Value Added Tax 
  • If ordering to an address outside of the UK, tax (VAT which is 20%) will be automatically deducted from the price of the relevant items when you enter your delivery country at the checkout. Please note that on receipt of the goods you should expect to pay your local import duty at your national rate. We do not have any control over these charges. They vary from country to country. We would recommend you contact your local customs or import authority prior to ordering so you are fully aware of your local rates. In some instances, you may also be charged a brokerage fee by the courier delivering your parcel in your country. Again, we have no control over this fee and it will vary depending on your location. In some cases you can often avoid this fee by collecting your parcel from your local customs depot which is generally at your local airport.

When buying any product outside the EU, please check with us to see what the item may contain such as seeds or any other filling. This responsibility of knowing your country's restrictions for any item is down to the buyer not Oddballs Ltd. Lots of the juggling balls are filled with millet seed. These are restricted in countries such as Australia / New Zealand and many others. When buying any juggling balls please contact us first to check what these are made out of to avoid your local customs requesting extra money or these being destroyed. All buyers who purchase these will be buying at their own risk as all local customs internationally have their own rules regarding what is allowed to be imported. For customers wishing to ship to the Russian Federation, please note that there is an upper limit of £220 GBP for imports. Furthermore the receiving address must be a business address. Failure to observe these restrictions may result in your parcel being destroyed. We can assume no responsibility for problems arising from orders that fail to meet this criteria.

Customers wishing to have items sent to a British Forces BFPO  should contact us prior to ordering to discuss how we can facilitate your order,
Likewise, customer wishing to deliver to APO, US Army postal addresses should contact us to discuss their logistical needs prior to ordering.

Missing / Lost Parcels

In the very rare circumstance that your item doesn't arrive within the relevant time frame, please contact us within 7 days placing your order - we will do everything in our power to locate your parcel and expedite its progress. In the even rarer situation that we cannot find your parcel, we will of course replace it. To do this we must first declare your item as lost with the relevant courier / parcel carrier. We call a parcel lost for UK First Class delivery after 10 working days have passed as dictated by Royal Mail Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays.
International postal orders cannot be classed as lost until 5 weeks after the dispatch date. Please don't worry - we always give 100% to ensure our parcels are delivered.

All oversized items must be paid for by credit/debit card (Sagepay)In the very unlikely event that you are not in to receive your package it may be returned to us or sent to a local depot. For Standard Royal Mail deliveries we recommend looking for a 'failed delivery card' and presenting it at your local depot. UK mail, who fulfil our next day deliveries in the UK, will attempt to deliver your parcel two or three over a few days times during normal working hours. They will leave a 'while you were out card' after each attempt. Please contact them directly using the provided details to re-arrange a delivery date/ time that is convenient to you. International parcel delivery attempts are at the discretion of the local post authority. If after a failed delivery within the UK or the rest of the world, the consignment is returned to us, we will contact you. Please note that it will be necessary for us to charge you for a further delivery to re-dispatch the order to you, regardless of your order being initially eligible for free delivery.

"Good Will" Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we have a “Good Will Returns Policy”. Our Good Will Returns Policy means that if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 30 days of placing your order for an exchange or refund to the original payment method used. 

You must ensure the products are returned to us within 30 days otherwise your refund may be refused.

Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition.

For any returns or exchanges, a refund will not be provided for the delivery costs unless the item(s) is incorrect or faulty.

If returning items by post or courier, please retain your proof of posting as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

We`ll need a short cover letter containing your order number, name, address and contact details, this will help us speed up your return.

Please make sure the return packaging is suitable and it`s never a bad idea to photograph the packaging before returning it to us, to help resolve any disputes in the unlikely event your parcel is damaged on it`s way back to us.

A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Incorrect / Defective Goods

We are humans and sometimes mistakes happen, in the unlikely event you receive incorrect or defective goods, please contact us and we will ensure that the situation is resolved quickly and to your full satisfaction, with no extra cost to yourself.

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by calling us on +441273 463772 or emailing us at sales@oddballs.co.uk

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

International Returns

It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your item(s).

Right to Cancel

UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).
