5 star all the way lovely weight and the cord and handles do the job great been using the standard pro contact poi for a while but theses take it to a new level i haven't stopped doing isolation's since i picked them up.

These are my first s...

These are my first set pff contact poi. They really nicely weighted which makes throws and body rolls very easy. I was also surprised at how the weight of the poi made it much simpler to do isolations. With them being 100mm balls on the end they are great visually for performances. They have opened up a lot of new tricks and are extremly comfortable to use for long periods of time.
