Fritz the Frog – The Ultimate 3D Kite in Two Sizes!

The most popular of our 3D kites is undoubtedly Fritz the Frog! This eye-catching frog kite flies gracefully through the air and makes a fantastic impression in the sky. No rods are required, making it lightweight, easy to handle, and simple to transport in the handy drawstring bag included.

Fritz the Frog comes in two sizes:

• The standard version (210 cm) – Perfect for children aged 6 and up, this single-line kite is made from high-quality Spinnaker cloth and comes with a 40 kp polyester line on a plastic spool. Its trailing tail enhances flight stability, ensuring smooth performance in 2-4 Bft winds.
• Fritz the Frog XL (480 cm) – For those who want to make an even bigger statement, this massive parafoil is a real eye-catcher on the beach! Like its smaller counterpart, it’s rod-free and extremely stable, flying beautifully in 2-5 Bft winds. Due to its stronger pulling power, we recommend it for children aged 10 and up.

More Than Just a Kite!

Both versions of Fritz can also be used as line decorations for parasleds or lifter kites! Simply remove the flying lines, attach a small swivel to the balance lines, and hook it into your lifter kite line. Want to secure your kite to the ground for continuous flight? Use a ground stick or sand anchor—ideal for turning Fritz into a lifter kite for small wind chimes or line decorations.

The XL version comes as a "kite only" (without a line or spool). If you need one, we recommend a 100 m line with at least 65 kp pulling strength.
